Hey everybody! I wasn’t planning on posting twice in one day, but I got this in the mail today and I just couldn’t wait to review it!
The Champagne Glow Palette offers Pearl, Champagne Glow, and Blushed Copper for $34. It has almost the same amount as a full-size Becca Pressed Shimmering Skin Perfector. Champagne Glow was designed for a variety of skintones, which is amazing, since most highlighters cater only to a narrow range.
The beauty of this palette is how versatile it is. You can use the 3 colors as eyeshadows or even mix the colors for even more options. If you’re fair, like me, you could use Blushed Copper as a blush or even a bronzer overlay, and use Pearl & Champagne Pop as highlighters.
I was so excited to try Champagne Glow out! I ended up using all three colors—Blushed Copper as a light blush and a mix of Champagne Pop and Pearl to highlight.
- WOW, Blushed Copper is so pigmented. I only dabbed my brush twice and I had to blend, blend, blend to make it look natural-ish. If you’re fair, light, or even a light-medium skintone, I would use a caution!
- Mixing Champagne Pop and Pearl turns the glow up to 11! The photo above was taken next to a window on a dreary day, and it’s still blinding. I love it and I’m going to play with mixing them more in the future.
Basically, if you like highlighting AT ALL, you need this palette. Apparently it’s super limited edition, so if you want it, order it soon before it’s gone! It’s available only on Sephora.com/.ca and will be in stores this Friday! ❤
